You always have a 2 week grace period in which I will correct anything that didn't turn out as we discussed as a possibility in the consultation for free. Please note that any additional work that was not promised in the consultation for that particular appointment, such as further lightening or a different haircut or color, will be charged accordingly.

New color appointments require a consultation prior to booking to discuss price and expectations. You may schedule an in-person consultation by booking it at the bottom of this page or you may message me directly and send pictures of your inspiration and your current hair to 512-782-9117‬‬.

After 2 no-shows, 100% of the service price will be required prior to booking again.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged up to 100% of the service price.

Every time you refer a new person to me, they will get 15% off their first appointment and you will get 15% off your next appointment after they come in.

Credit card transactions will incur a 3% extra charge. You may pay in cash to have this fee waived.

Regarding COVID-19 and other illnesses, do please reschedule or wear a face mask if you're feeling under the weather (illness will waive any rescheduling fees). I am fully vaccinated but I will gladly wear a mask upon request! I also sanitize every surface, tool, and linen used between clients.
